Many variables can play into how much your personal or group class can cost, including the duration, class commitment, location, number of participants, and distance. For an accurate quote, please fill out either the Individual Private Practice form or the Group Private Practice form below. These forms are not contracts, so no worries if you change your mind! I'm more than happy to work with your budget.

Why take a private yoga class?
Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, one-on-one yoga classes can be incredibly beneficial. From fundamental alignment to learning how to work towards more advanced postures, the individual attention during a private class may be what you need to progress your practice or fit yoga into your busy schedule.
What do we cover during a private class?
It's 100% up to you what we work on and which private option you choose.
Never done Yoga before? Before heading to a studio we can work together on basic postures to give you confidence for a group class.
Maybe you've been practicing for a while but feel stagnant, and you want to delve deeper into more advanced poses with one-on-one attention.
If there's a particular pose or movement that bothers your body or doesn't seem to click and you want to know why, perhaps a quick online chat will do the trick!
Do you find that you tend to feel compression and pinching in the low back during yoga? Do you suffer from tightness in the hips and shoulders? Are you going through a stressful time and wanting poses to help you sleep at night? I can help with that! Just let me know your goals and I'll come up with a plan we're both excited about.
How does it work?
In order to request a private lesson you must fill out the request form below. This allows you to request dates and times, tell me about yourself and your practice, and give me more information on what you would like to focus on. I will get back to you through email with more details and any questions. One I've got enough information, I will email a quote with how much your lesson(s) will cost. Payment must be sent before our lesson via Paypal, Venmo, or in-person cash or check.
How long is each lesson? How much does it cost?
Once I've gotten all the information I need, I'll email a quote. Prices decrease when more classes are purchased at once.
Do you teach private lessons for special occasions, such as wedding days, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, special events, etc.?
Definitely! Let's discuss the details and I'd love to help be part of your special day!
I have chronic XYZ/depression/severe pain...etc. Can you heal it with yoga?
No. I am not a doctor, physical therapist or miracle worker. While I can absolutely give you personal alignment cues and corrections to help with pain/injuries, show you how to modify for group classes, and give you yoga postures that may help you cope with symptoms related to depression/grief/anxiety/etc, I am not liable nor trained to cure/heal these ailments.
Do you give diet/weight loss/health advice?
No, not really, but legally, I can. I have taken a course and received certification in plant-based nutrition. However, I am not a registered nutritionist or dietician, so my knowledge is limited. If you are healthy and not currently receiving medical attention for any ailments, I can absolutely answer questions you may have when it comes to reducing your consumption of animal products. I've helped several people transition to a fully vegan diet and would love to continue helping others reduce or completely stop their consumption of animal products. However no, I am not comfortable offering advice on weight loss or healing health concerns.
